We do not produce or sell any products ourselves; we only provide a technology platform to connect buyers and sellers. Our main services are mentioned below:
a) E-commerce Marketplace:
Shopping: The opportunity to purchase products from various categories supplied by merchants, including groceries, food, medicine, cosmetics, electronics, fashion products, and jewelry.
The "Kiron Link" platform provides an opportunity for third-party sellers or merchants to list and sell their products. Kiron Inc. does not own any products sold by these merchants and is not responsible for their quality, safety, or legal validity. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are the sole responsibility of the seller merchant. In case of any dispute regarding a transaction between a customer and a merchant, Kiron Inc. may try to assist as a mediator, but the final liability rests with the merchant.
You may need to create an account to use some features of the service. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information (such as your password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use or security breach. Kiron Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without any notice in cases of fraud, harassment, violation of terms, or other illegal activities.
The descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability of the products displayed on our platform are provided entirely by the seller merchants, and the liability for them is theirs. Kiron Inc. strives to ensure the accuracy of this information but will not be responsible for any errors. If a product's price is listed incorrectly, the respective merchant reserves the right to cancel the order.
The "Kiron Link" application is currently launched primarily for use in Bangladesh. Therefore, all transactions and product prices on the platform will be determined and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We plan to expand our services globally in the future and will add support for other currencies and regions in subsequent updates.
The respective merchant has the right to accept or cancel the orders you place on our platform. We use third-party secure payment gateways for payments. Your payment information will be kept secure, but Kiron Inc. will not be responsible for any activities of third parties. The product delivery timeline is an estimate and may vary due to various reasons (e.g., supplier delays, transportation issues).
While using our service, you agree to refrain from the following activities:
Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Harassing, threatening, or violating the legal rights of other users.
Attempting to breach the security of our systems, network, or data.
Uploading or spreading viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code.
Providing false, misleading, or defamatory information.
Violating our intellectual property rights.
All content on this app and website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Kiron Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. No part of this content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
There is a clear return and refund policy for all our merchants. Before purchasing any product, please carefully read our "Return and Refund Policy" page, which is available on our website and app. If a product is successfully returned, the refund amount will be added to your "Kiron Link" account wallet. You can use this wallet balance to purchase any other product from the platform, but it is not directly withdrawable to a bank account or any other medium.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiron Inc. or its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. As we are a marketplace, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the quality, safety, or functionality of products sold by third-party sellers on our platform. All liability related to products rests with the seller. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free availability of our service.
