Thank you for shopping using Kiron Inc. and our "Kiron Link" app. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers and merchants. This policy provides detailed information about the return and refund process for products purchased from our platform.

1. General Conditions for a Refund

You may request a return or refund for a product in the following cases:

  • If you received the wrong product (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).

  • If the product was delivered in a damaged, defective, or unusable condition.

  • If any part of the package is missing upon delivery.

  • If the received product does not match the description on the website.

A request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process

To request a return or refund for a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact: Email our customer service team at info@kironlink.com or contact support through the app. Please mention your order number, product details, and the reason for the refund.

  2. Submit Proof: In the case of a damaged or incorrect product, please attach photos or a video of the item.

  3. Product Return: Our customer service representative will review your request and inform you of the next steps. If necessary, we will arrange to collect the product from your address.

3. Refund Payment (Most Important)

According to our policy, after a product is successfully returned, the refund amount will be credited to your "Kiron Link" application wallet.

  • Wallet Balance: This amount will be deposited into your account as wallet balance.

  • Usage: You can use this wallet balance to purchase any other product or service from our platform.

  • Non-withdrawable: Please note that the refunded amount credited to the wallet cannot be withdrawn directly to a bank account, mobile banking, or any other medium. It is only usable for purchases through the "Kiron Link" app.

4. Cases Where a Refund is Not Applicable

  • If the product is damaged after use.

  • If the product's original packaging, tags, or labels are not intact.

  • If the specified return period (7 days) has expired.
